For 100 years the Paramount Pictures logo, that iconic mountain that precedes some of the finest films ever created, has gotten an epic and stunning revamp that truly befits the legendary studio. Wow, 100 years in the business, there’s a benchmark that few studios can claim. The new logo will make it’s big screen debut this weekend as it’s attached to Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol. Paramount will run the logo through the end of 2012 and in 2013 will remove the “100 Years”. After that it will just be “Paramount” and the new majestic mountain we’ve come to know. I really like the logo and it’s going to look sooo sweet on the company’s upcoming Blu-Ray titles. What do you think? Is this pretty sweet or what??
