This year, film fans will be treated to what will likely be the biggest movies of all time: Avengers: Endgame, and Episode IX. So let’s try to hype another film that doesn’t have a built-in audience, shall we? How about this one? Ang Lee, the visionary director of Life of Pi (we just adore that film) has teamed with Will Smith to give us one helluva sci-fi adventure. Have a look at the first trailer featuring, aside from a whole lot of explosions, a de-aged Smith. Wow. We’re excited!
Gemini Man is an innovative action-thriller starring Will Smith as Henry Brogan, an elite assassin, who is suddenly targeted and pursued by a mysterious young operative that seemingly can predict his every move. The film is directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Ang Lee and produced by renown producers Jerry Bruckheimer, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger.
The film stars Will Smith, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Clive Owen and Benedict Wong and is set for release on November 11, 2019.
