A year and some months before we are set to see Henry Cavill soar up up and away we’ll be seeing him play a young American who uncovers a conspiracy during his attempt to save his family, who were kidnapped while on vacation in Spain. It sounds like your run of the mill early-to-mid-year actioner but there’s enough bravado to make it entertaining. I’m game, have a look for yourselves…
There’s not a lot that Bruce can do wrong and it’s great to see him still running and gunning with Hollywood’s new blood. Cavill playing Kal-El aside I think he’s got a long future in film and I can’t wait to see how he’s utilized. Guess we’ll see right?
Directed by Mabrouk El Mechri and staring old hat action pros Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver, The Cold Light of Day is set for release this Spring on April 6th, 2012. Whaddya think? Predicatable and familiar or fun and adrenaline-fueled??

If it had a different cast I probably won’t be as enthusiastic, but I LOVE Henry Cavill and he sure kicks ass in this one. I see he’s got some bad ass dads, first John McClane, then next year Maximus!

I know you love him and I’m going to go out on a limb here but he could be the next TD
