If you’ve seen Sir Ridley Scott’s Prometheus, whether or not you’re on board with the ambiguous/not entirely satisfying (or thought out) plot, you no doubt have marveled at how astoundingly beautiful his return to sci-fi looked. Well, Academy Award-winning visual effects house WETA Digital crafted the scene using a combination of cutting-edge tech and practical techniques. This video below shows they pulled off the effects. Ohhh, Look…Behind the Scenes Look At ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ with Director Marc Webb
Following the awesome 4 minute trailer of The Amazing Spider-Man which hit the web yesterday (pun intended!) comes this equally impressive Behind the Scenes featurette. That “super preview” showed us how awesome Peter Parker/Spider-Man will be this July but the video shows us that Marc Webb isn’t too shabby himself. Enjoy this little glimpse into the Spider-Man universe led by Mr. Webb… Man, this film just continues to impress as we get closer to the release date.
