Hot off the press comes this ‘sneak peek’ featuring Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker, The Avengers, M:I 4) taking over the series for Matt Damon. As we’ve seen in the last teaser the spy world is so much larger than we ever imagined. Case in point: the great tagline “there was never just one” is incredibly deep and impacting to say the least. So feast your eyes on this trailer for The Bourne Legacy, which does a great job of showing how this film fits into Damon’s Bourne universe with a side/parallel story from writer/director Tony Gilroy…enjoy!
In addition to Renner taking the reins we’ll see the supporting cast of Albert Finney, Joan Allen and Scott Glen return as well as newcomers Ed Norton and Rachel Weisz bringing some more acting horse power to the ensemble film. Written and directed by Tony Gilroy, The Bourne Legacy is slated to hit theaters this Summer on August 3, 2012. Anyone excited for this?
