Haywire is a great action flick and one that takes a slightly different twist than most. This flick gives a slight nod to 70’s action films and does not rely upon heavy CG work. If you’ve had a stressful week and just need to see some good old fashioned killing, this flick is for you. GoSeeTalk gives Haywire two thumbs up. Check out our review here.

New Year’s Eve boasts a very large cast of well known actors and actresses. Set during New Year’s Eve in New York city, this movie follows several people and how the day affects them. This movie received a lot of hype, mainly due to the large number of stars in the film. It underperformed at the box office, so it might be a good rental flick. Whether you buy or rent, make sure you do it on Blu-ray.

Joyful Noise is another feel good movie that boasts an uplifting message. In this film G.G. Sparrow faces off with her choir’s newly appointed director, Vi Rose Hill, over the group’s direction as they head into a national competition. This is another film that didn’t do so well at the box office, but this film may just be in your wheelhouse. If that’s the case, then be sure to grab a copy on Blu-ray.

I will 100% vouch for Haywire; it’s a fantastic, lean, vicious, and economical little actioner with a minimum of fat. Plus, Carano’s the real deal– she eats all of the men in this film for breakfast and then some.

Glad to hear it. Just got Haywire last night on Netflix and going to fire it up tonight. Pretty excited since it’s got nothing but good reviews.
